1. General Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or disruption of services is prohibited.

2. Services and Products

Veralenta offers services, digital products, and physical goods. Each has specific refund and return rules described below.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Services

• Services may be rescheduled once if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds are available only if a service cannot be delivered due to our responsibility.
• If a service is partially delivered, a proportional refund may be issued, minus administrative costs.
• Custom or personalized consulting services are non-refundable because preparation and resources are allocated in advance. This will be stated clearly at booking.

3.2 Digital Products

• All digital product sales are final once download or access has been provided.
• No refunds will be issued for delivered digital content, as permitted under consumer law exemptions.
• If technical problems prevent access, we will attempt to resolve or reissue access. If unsuccessful, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

3.3 Physical Goods

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if goods are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Custom-made or personalized goods are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. Additional information may be requested to verify the transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when making purchases or bookings. False information or misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Veralenta. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site, products, or services, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of British Columbia.
